Please contact customer support with the exact error message you have been receiving. It might also be helpful to search our FAQ and forums for a solution.
I patched the game and now I can't login?
Please edit the server.ini file to reflect an older patch version. Next run the launcher. You should see the game patching begin. When it completes you will need to restart your computer and try launching again. If this solution doesn't help please contact customer support
X-Trap takes a very long time to load?
Updating your video driver to the latest version should remove this problem. Otherwise contact your hardware vendor.
My game is freezing. What now?
If you recently installed software it may be in conflict with the game, if this is the case, please uninstall the program and restart your computer. If this doesn’t work, try uninstalling Knight Online and installing a fresh copy. If both results fail to provide an adequate solution, please take screenshots and contact customer support.
