It's time for the 2008 World Championship!

Starting the week of August 25th, a team representing Knight Online World will be matched against teams from Knight Onlines Korea and Japan to see who can score the most points. Qualifying rounds will be held throughout the week, with the final two teams battling it out in one final match to see who gets to take home the title of World Champion!

Want to help lead our team to victory? There are two ways to do it:

(1) Register in the Power Up Store starting August 13th! Only a limited number of slots are available, however, so you’ll want to be fast.

(2) Rank up! The top 20 Nation Point holders from each server will automatically be granted access when registration closes on the 19th. You don't even have to do anything else; just show up on the day of the tournament. If you're not sure whether or not you're among the top 20, try to register through the Power Up Store anyway; it couldn't hurt!

More details will be released as we get closer to the event, including full contest rules, rewards, schedule of matches, and how to gain access to the special World Championship servers when they open. Until then, practice, practice, practice!

Oh, and one final note: because we will be having the World Championship, the Hellsgarem server will be postponed until its regularly scheduled date in

September.
