I patched the game and now I can't login? |

Please edit the server.ini file to reflect an older patch version. Next run the launcher. You should see the game patching begin. When it completes you will need to restart your computer and try launching again. If this solution doesn’t help please contact customer support |

Updating your video driver to the latest version should remove this problem. Otherwise contact your hardware vendor. |

If you recently installed software it may be in conflict with the game, if this is the case, please uninstall the program and restart your computer. If this doesn’t work, try uninstalling Knight Online and installing a fresh copy. If both results fail to provide an adequate solution, please take screenshots and contact customer support. |
