Notice for all Click and Buy users

For those players that use Click and Buy for their purchases, please note the following:

Click and Buy has placed a purchase limit of $40 USD per day for the first 30 days of a new account’s existence.

After 30 days, depending on transaction success rates, Click and Buy may change the daily purchase limit for each Click and Buy account.

Knight Online has its own purchase limits of 2 transactions per day per game account and 5 transactions per 30 days per game account. 

We understand that this may be an inconvenience for some, however these measures are in place to ensure a safe and secure purchase environment.  We thank you for your patience and understanding and for playing Knight Online.

How do I create a Click and Buy account?

To create a Click&Buy account, go to the Click&Buy website www.clickandbuy.com and select the New Registration link located on the left side of the screen, or choose the “Not yet registered with Click&Buy? Click here to continue” link when trying to make a purchase.

Why did K2 Network start using Click and Buy?

K2 Network is always looking for new and better ways to provide our customers with payment solutions that meet their needs.  Click and Buy offers a wide variety of payment options from a single access point.

Why do I have contact Click and Buy for registration purposes?

If you have tried to make a Knight Online purchase recently, you may have noticed a new payment method we now offer through Click and Buy.  The process for creating an account with Click and Buy involves a phone call to their service for verification of your identity.  This phone call is only necessary during the initial account registration, and subsequent purchases can be processed through the website.  We know that many of you are not happy with the “hassle” involved in this new process.  The decision to increase the security of our transactions at the expense of ease of use was not one taken lightly, but ultimately was deemed necessary for us to ensure our players’ safety.  We apologize for any inconvenience caused and ask you to bear with us during this transition.  We assure you that once your Click and Buy account is established and verified, the process is quite simple.”

Why is my Click and Buy account not working?

The authentication procedure for Click and Buy may require you to contact them to verify your identity.  This requirement ensures that no one else is using your information or your credit cards to make unauthorized purchases. If this information is not verified, Click and Buy may disable your account until it has been. Please check your e-mail to see if there are instructions for doing so.  If you are still having problems with your Click and Buy account, go to the Click and Buy website and choose “Help for Customers” from the Help menu.

I’m trying to make a purchase but I am unable to.

Please check your e-mail to see if you have any further steps that need to be completed before your Click and Buy account is activated. If you are still having problems with your Click and Buy account, go to the Click and Buy website and choose “Help for Customers” from the Help menu.

I have a Click and Buy account issue, how do I get help?

To obtain help about your Click and Buy account, go to the Click and Buy website and choose “Help for Customers” from the Help menu.

What payment options does Click and Buy offer?

Click and Buy offers several payment options. Don’t take our word for it though; here is what they have to say:

“Click and Buy deposits money collected when paid content is accessed on your Click and Buy account. Click and Buy normally debits the amount due once a month from the bank or credit card you have named. You currently have the option of paying by direct debit or by credit card. Other payment options, such as via your telephone bill, are being continuously integrated into our system and will be available to you soon. You indicate your preferred method of payment when you register. Of course, in your personal account management ”My account”, you can change your payment method and update your data - such as bank details - any time.

If you take advantage of a large number of expensive offers, we will debit an advance payment.
Be assured, though, that you will always be notified in advance via email by Click and Buy.

Please note that customers outside of Germany may be offered alternative payment methods depending on their country of residence. If you are based outside Germany and would like more information, please send any questions to our Service Team.”

Why do I have to use Click and Buy instead of PayPal?

Due to our contractual agreements with PayPal, we will not be able to offer PayPal as a payment option for high risk countries.

My account is getting blocked when I am registering through Click and Buy.

"Click and Buy is a new, more secure form of payment.  During the Click and Buy registration process, some customers will be asked to call or contact Click and Buy.  This is an added security measure to protect you as Click and Buy needs additional verification when opening a new account with them.  If you get this request, please contact Click and Buy customer service to have your account approved and the account will no longer be blocked.  Click on www.clickandbuy.com,  and then select CONTACT."

What languages does Click and Buy support when I make a call?

"Click and Buy provides multilingual customer service.  Please be assured there is proper language support in English, Turkish and many European languages to address your payment concerns. The Click and Buy website lists what languages it supports."

What currency will I be charged in?

"Click and Buy purchases made through Knight Online are conducted only in US Dollars.  If they are any errors or charges made in currencies other than US Dollars, please contact Click and Buy customer service at www.clickandbuy.com, then select CONTACT."

I am not able to reach Click and Buy customer service.

"Please be assured that Click and Buy will provide you the best support as soon as possible.  Click and Buy can be contacted via e-mail or by phone.  Please refer to them by contacting customer service at www.clickandbuy.com then select CONTACT."

Click and Buy will not work in my country.

"Please ensure when registering with Click and Buy that you select the right country for registration.  Please double check the country of your residence.  Your payment provider or bank account must match the country you select otherwise the registration process will not work."
