* Compromised Accounts (contact Customer Service)
* Password Issues (contact Customer Service)
* Some Item-related Issues (contact Customer Service)

* Issues with Premium Services
* Billing


Customer Service Representatives are currently unable to perform the following:

* Replace items removed during dupe wipes
* Rollback characters due to being compromised
