The Knight Online team cares a great deal about its community of gamers. Game Masters and Customer Support representative can help players with many aspects of the game, though there are some issues with which they may be unable to assist. Here are some guidelines to help players.

* Compromised Accounts (contact Customer Service)
* Password Issues (contact Customer Service)
* Some Item-related Issues (contact Customer Service)

* Issues with Premium Services
* Billing
Customer Service Representatives are currently unable to perform the following:
* Replace items removed during dupe wipes
* Rollback characters due to being compromised
